Overview
ISO 9001 sets out the criteria for a quality management system (QMS). It is the only standard in the ISO 9000 family that can be certified to, and it is designed to help organizations ensure they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while complying with statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product or service.
